You have a self — your heart mind body spirit.
You can’t get away from your self.
You are right there.
How do you feel?
What are you doing?
What happens when it is all over?
Take a break.
Where are we all going?
The universe doesn’t answer right away.
Use your senses.
Make small incremental changes to transform completely.
Grasp onto small incidental joys to become happy completely.
Do things for others in order to really be yourself.
Become hungry for the next experience.
Wake up and wonder.
Forget everything you have ever been taught.
Start from scratch every day.
Forget about normal and focus on your weirdness.
Your weirdness is who you really are.
Forget about your weirdness and focus on anything at all.
Anything at all is what matters.
Always do one thing at a time.
Always cherish one thing at a time.
Rest in peace.
None of us are going to win.
No one gets a trophy.
Everyone becomes food.
Never act like a meal.
Eat, drink, and be merry.
For tomorrow you die.
Take a breath, and then another.
Do that forever.
Become as light as a cloud and rain down.
